Standard Terms & Conditions of Sale of MetaMerch

1. Order Process:
   • Buyers are required to submit their purchase orders or requirements via email to anna@metamerch.store, providing comprehensive details including item lists, quantities, mockup images, design files, billing, and shipping information.
   • Specific target price ranges or budgets must be communicated to facilitate tailored sales orders.
   • Upon receipt of the order, MetaMerch will promptly prepare a sales order within the specified budget to skip negotiations.
   • Confirmation of the order is subject to 80%-100% advance payment. Production will commence within 24 hours of payment receipt.
     
2. Money Back Guarantee Policy:
   • Up to 100% money back guarantee on shipping charges if the shipment fails to arrive at the destination country within 30 working days from the date of order confirmation with payment.
   • Exclusions to the money back guarantee include delays caused by acts of God, natural calamities, war, flight crashes, or shipwrecks.
   • Timely provision of necessary documents for customs clearance is the responsibility of the buyer. Failure to provide documents promptly may void the money back guarantee.
   • Duties, taxes, and clearance charges are the responsibility of the consignee/buyer.
     
3. Possession Policy:
   • MetaMerch retains possession of the shipment from the origin to the destination country.
   • Possession of goods will transfer to the buyer upon arrival of the shipment at the destination country.
     
4. Pricing Policy:
   • Prices are valid until the specified date or the last day of the month, whichever comes first.
   • Monthly fluctuations in manufacturing costs may result in price variations.
   • Quoted prices are confidential and should not be disclosed.
     
5. Payment Policy:
   • 100% advance payment is required for orders valued below $5000.
   • Orders valued above $5000 require an 80% advance payment.
   • Shipping charges will be collected either before dispatch or upon bill generation, typically 15 days after delivery.
     
6. Credit Policy:
   • Credit lines will be extended to trusted partners and regular buyers.
     
7. Late Payment Policy:
   • A flat 3% late payment fee will be applicable if the payment exceeds 30 days from the invoice date.
     
8. Dispatch Policy:
   • Shipment will be dispatched only after full payment settlement.
     
9. Insurance Policy:
   • Buyers may opt for the Shipment Protection Plan, priced at $30 or 3% of the shipment value, whichever is higher.
   • Requests to opt for the Shipment Protection Plan must be made to MetaMerch.
     
10. Damage & Lost of Goods:
    • Buyers who have opted for the Shipment Protection Plan are eligible to claim the total shipment value in case of damage or loss.
    • Buyers who have not opted for the Shipment Protection Plan cannot claim damages from any party.
      
11. Intellectual Property Rights:
    • MetaMerch reserves the intellectual rights to utilize customer logos, designs, or any images & videos for commercial and marketing purposes on MetaMerch websites and social media.
      
12. Refund and Replacement:
    • Replacements will be provided in the case of printing issues only. 
    • No refunds or returns will be issued under any circumstances.
      
13. Dispute Resolution:
    • Any disputes will be handled internally and amicably by higher authorities from both companies.
