1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

We only accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • You notify us within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.


⚠️ Please note: Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective or incorrect.



2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at gm@metamerch.store within 3 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, photos of the product, and a brief explanation of the issue.

  3. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours to guide you through the next steps.



3. Return Shipping

  • If the return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

  • In case of damaged or incorrect items, MetaMerch will bear the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to customer preference (not damage/defect), shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.



4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund (if applicable) will be processed.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless due to our error.



5. Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will send a replacement at no extra cost once the issue is verified.

  • Exchanges are only processed after the original item is returned and inspected.



6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or customized items

  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

  • Products returned after 3 days of delivery without valid reason



7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
